We’re officially on the ballot!

With that, I think it’s time to officially introduce myself and share a little about why I’m running.

My name is Gianni Scramuzza, and I’m running for Alderman of Ward 3 here in White House.

I’m a husband, father, local small business owner, and proud to call White House home. My wife and I chose this community to build our life, grow our businesses, and raise our family—and I care deeply about what White House looks like for our daughter and the next generation.

My background is in business and finance. I hold a Master’s Degree in Finance and have built and operated multiple small businesses here in Middle Tennessee. I also serve on the Cheatham County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and as its Treasurer, experiences that have taught me the importance of responsible budgeting, asking the right questions, planning ahead, and being accountable for the decisions you make.

White House is growing, and I don’t believe the answer is pretending we can stop growth. I believe we need to plan for it instead of constantly reacting to it.

That means staying ahead of infrastructure needs, being responsible with taxpayer dollars, bringing greater transparency to city government, and preserving the character and quality of life that made so many of us choose White House in the first place.

Over the next few months, I’m looking forward to knocking on doors, meeting more of my Ward 3 neighbors, and most importantly—listening.

I won’t pretend to have every answer. But I will ask the right questions, take the time to understand the facts, listen to residents, and make decisions based on what is best for our community.
