They have been in business for over 30 years and they pride themselves in fair, honest pricing and quality work in a timely manner.
More importantly, they are so kind and building this site for them was a dream! They have invested in professional photography to feature their hard-work which truly makes for a dynamic user-experience for those visiting their site. 🙌🏻 Pro Tip: People looking to do business with you WILL check to see if you have an internet presence. ✅ Then they will likely spend some time scrolling through your reviews. Why? Well don’t you? We should all do some digging before making decisions on anything from Amazon purchases to where you’re getting dinner with friends Friday night!
Long story short, make it easy for them! Add your clients outstanding reviews to your website or link them to the platform where you have the most reviews. 👏🏻 Show ‘em whatcha mama gave ya- transparency all the way!

About Kate Fisher
You name it, she's dabbled in it. Kate Fisher went into entrepreneurship knowing that to succeed, you must fight to win with little resources and large quantities of medium roast; needless to say, she quickly became a Swiss- army knife. When it came down to true happiness and a validated sense of purpose, Kate realized that the one thing in life that truly excited her was helping others succeed and build their dreams.
A customer-obsessed marketing consultant + strategist, Kate possess a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School where she concentrated in Entrepreneurship while deepening her learnings working for one of Boston's largest players in financial services. It wasn't long before Kate found herself eager to find new and innovative ways to create compelling experiences for her clients, obsessing about each and every interaction that a client had with the company while working toward her Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) designation. She is an avid customer advocate and a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), a global non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of customer experience management practices.
With experience ranging from global corporations to her own small business', Kate brings hands on experience from walks of business including real estate, financial services, insurance, engineering, hospitality, construction, entertainment, salon and beauty. Currently she works with small to mid-sized business' assisting them in their growth through customer experience, digital marketing and operational efficiency.
An avid, life-long learner, Kate is also an adjunct professor at Quincy College where she has taught courses from Ethics to Writing for Professionals, to her all time favorite discipline, Principles of Customer Service.
