Hoopers Grading Co. is looking for an experienced Superintendent / Foreman to lead heavy civil & bridge construction projects.
What You’ll Do:
Lead crews & enforce a strong safety culture
Keep projects on schedule and on budget
Oversee bridge work, structural concrete, and daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years in heavy civil / highway construction
Bridge & structural concrete experience
Strong leadership and communication skills

Equipment Operators – Taking Applications
Excavator experience including:
• Clearing and mass grading
• Utility excavation
• Road building
Dozer experience including:
• Clearing, mass grading, and fine grading
• GPS experience is a plus

General Laborers – Taking Applications
• Must be willing to work in multiple areas of construction
• Utility, concrete, clearing, and building experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required
