Moving forward —

Any/all orders & rush fees will have to be paid before anything is printed. i’ve been stuck with prints, and have had orders picked up & the person didn’t leave the cash & then vanished. and i’ve had ppl neglect to pay my rush fee.

i try to be nice, and accommodate my clients. i truly care about not only my turnaround time, but the turnaround time for my clients as all of them are small business owners. that itself is why it is so frustrating when people don’t want to pay me after i’ve wasted materials. and of course it is always something that i can’t even sell.

i HATE to charge rush fees! 😞 but when i have to put an order ahead of everyone else, or if i have to drop everything i am doing and drive home to print your order. especially if the order is less than $50. i feel as if that is only fair and has to be that way to keep it fair!

so— moving forward the cost of the prints as well as the rush fee must be paid before anything is printed. 💗

also— if you owe me for a rush fee & have already gotten your order there is an extra $20 added to the past due amount that you will owe before i print anything else for you. if someone else sends your order in under their name they will no longer be allowed to order until your rush fee & late fee are paid!

i am so sorry to make this post. 99% of my clients wouldn’t ever do me this way and i know that! there are always just a few that can ruin it for everyone!

we’re growing!! ✨

because of the influx of new clients, we’re much much more busy now! moving forward— our official turnaround time is 48-72 hours. If you need your order sooner than 48 hours after placing it— we can accommodate you, but there will be a $25 rush fee. if your order is larger than 50 foot long that fee will increase by size.

this isn’t to say that we won’t be getting orders out sooner than 48 hours! we will always get orders printed and out as soon as possible! turnaround time is factored by the amount of orders we have!

At Sequatchie Valley Printing we do not post pictures of our prints because our clients have unique art work. However— we need to get some pictures of our prints for advertising purposes. If any of our clients are willing to share photos of our prints please message the page, or contact me however you normally do with pictures!! 💗 Receive $5.00 off any order worth $40.00 or more if you send 5 pictures of your most vibrant prints from us!

I am looking at design drives and will be purchasing designs for my customers to use for FREE! Of course they will be water marked until they come out of the machine. 🫶🏻

We do NOT share our customers files and do not print the files for ourselves or anyone else for that matter.
