Hiring a social media manager shouldn’t feel like a last-ditch effort to “fix” your business.
And it definitely shouldn’t be about chasing trends, viral audios, or pretty posts just to say you’re posting.
Social media only works when it’s rooted in strategy.
That means:
• Knowing your goals before we ever open Canva
• Caring about conversions more than follower count
• Being willing to hear hard truths
• Understanding that real growth takes time
• Showing up as the face of your brand
I’m not here to inflate vanity metrics.
I care about DMs.
I care about inquiries.
I care about booked calls.
I care about sales.
But here’s the part most people don’t want to hear:
You have to actually implement what we build.
You can’t hire a strategist and then ignore the strategy.
