ADEAS Printing is looking for another great person to join our production team and work family!
We’re a locally owned printing company with a great team, a positive work environment, and many unique projects coming through our doors every day. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new things, paying attention to the little details, and seeing a project go from a stack of paper to a finished product, you might be a great fit for us.
No printing experience? That’s okay! We’re willing to train the right person. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on production position with plenty of variety. Responsibilities may include:
-Light production and finishing work
-Setting up and operating small production machines and equipment — we’ll train you!
-Cutting, folding, binding, assembling and finishing printed products
-Packaging completed orders for customer pickup or shipping
-Preparing and processing shipments
-Keeping production and work areas organized
-Making local deliveries as needed
-Helping with other production and warehouse duties as needed
-Working with the team to keep jobs moving and deadlines on track
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are:
-Detail-oriented and care about doing things correctly
-Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant direction
-Dependable and ready to be part of a team others can count on
-Someone with a “can-do” attitude who is willing to learn
-Comfortable working with your hands and operating equipment
-Able to follow instructions and established production processes
-Willing to jump in and help wherever the day takes us
-Comfortable standing for extended periods
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
-Able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
-In possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record
