Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate merges with Coldwell Banker Select to become the 6th largest Coldwell Banker franchise in the United States! 🎉🎉

John McKenzie, owner of Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate, in Wichita, KS, announced their company has joined Coldwell Banker Select, a Tulsa-based brokerage with 17 offices and 850-plus agents across the state of Oklahoma. The company will continue to operate under the Coldwell Banker Plaza name and will have the resources of the #7 ranked Coldwell Banker Affiliate, Coldwell Banker Select, to foster growth and expansion in the state.

McKenzie started Plaza Real Estate in 1981 and joined the Coldwell Banker Brand in 2009 as Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate. McKenzie and his leadership team have enjoyed tremendous growth over the years, and are the #1 Coldwell Banker affiliate in the state of Kansas. The PPC / Paid Search Manager is responsible for implementing Pay Per Click media strategies for our clients using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ad Center, etc. The PPC Manager will quickly understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns. The PPC manager is responsible for producing an ROI on all campaigns and providing reports to the account managers and/or clients.

The web developer is responsible for taking the designs of the creative team and building custom websites using HTML, PHP, CSS, and Javascript for the WordPress CMS. Website designs, mockups, and assets are provided in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Adobe XD. These websites will have fast, optimized code and advanced SEO features at the code and content levels. Assets from old client sites or client-provided content will be added to each page in a creative and thoughtful way. Launching websites will be a smooth process with full client communication. After launch, these websites may need updates and maintenance. While we predominantly develop for WordPress, there will be projects in other CMSs and platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Cratejoy, and others.

For SEM, your primary responsibilities will be manage our clients' Google Ads accounts as well as other digital advertising platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat. Being Google Ads certified will get our attention. You will work closely with our SEO Manager as well as the web development team.

As Social Media Manager, your primary responsibilities will be managing our clients' social media accounts for both organic and paid posts. You will be in charge of setting social media strategy, planning post schedules, managing audiences, and working with our clients on brainstorming and approval. Being Facebook Blueprint certified will get our attention.
