Wilkes-Barre City Mayor George C. Brown and Special Events Coordinator Mike Slusser joined David Bass and Scott Paull of NEPA Racing to present The Cancer Wellness Center of NEPA with proceeds from the Inaugural Diamond City Shamrock 5K Run/Walk, which took place the morning of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Sunday, March 15th. The proceeds will benefit colon/colorectal cancer patients, who receive services and support from Cancer Wellness Center of NEPA.
