We asked AI to make holiday cards. It tried to audit Santa instead. 🤖📉

If you work in , , or Strategy, you know the struggle: AI is brilliant at processing, but terrible at reading the room.

We attempted to use Generative AI for our holiday campaign, but the model took our prompts a little too literally.

Instead of "Season's Greetings," we got The 2026 Glitch Collection—a series of hallucinations that only a tech geek could love.

I asked AI to optimize our holiday cards. It hallucinated a logistics strategy for Santa instead. 🎅

It was a funny glitch, but it proved a serious point about the future of PR.

If I had left the process entirely to the machine, I would have missed the context. If I had ignored the machine, I would have missed the scale.

The agencies that win in 2026 won't be the ones replacing humans—they’ll be the ones verifying the machines.

Meet "Glitch," the newest (and most literal) member of the Massing PR creative team.

We asked Glitch to optimize our holiday greetings. Instead, it’s currently stuck in a logic loop trying to calculate the thermodynamic efficiency of the Menorah. 🕯️

While Glitch crunches the numbers (currently reporting an 800% efficiency anomaly), we humans are just enjoying the light.
