Em and I will be here till 2 sharing resources and information about our annual Out of the Darkness Walk at Canalside. We’ve got bracelets, stickers, pins at our table, and there are dog adoptions, raffles, puppet shows etc. throughout the mall! See you soon💜🩵

The fall season is upon us; wherever you are, take some time to pause and take care of yourself. You deserve rest, you deserve self care. Find a spot where you can meditate on the good! Today, this was my spot. I spent some time with my mom in spirit, I enjoyed fresh air and nature, I had good talks with a good friend, and I refreshed for this week. Definitely recommend this spot if you live in WNY🌻💛

Our memorial stone for my mom went up in her favorite Buffalo Park, Glen Park! We are so grateful to have a spot to go visit with her and be reminded of her. 💛🌻
