Some days, you look up and realize you did valuable things this year.

These moments took longer than you planned for, required more of you than you imagined, and stretched you in ways you didn't expect.

So far this year, I've said yes to projects that helped me grow. I learned new skills. I pushed through on the days I considered quitting. These days weren't just hard — they were deeply rewarding too.

I worked beside people whose stories touched and shaped me. I leaned into friendships that my personality wanted to shrink away from. And I'm beyond grateful for all the ways the work and the friendships blossomed.

Tonight, I have to tell you — it was all worth it.
I'm not ready to share all the details just yet. But this moment deserves to be celebrated.
