We see it all the time: the ad gets clicks, the report looks cute, and then the pipeline goes quiet. Expensive confetti.

Read ad performance in order:
1. Spend — what did it cost?
2. Clicks — did people care enough to tap?
3. Leads or sales — did anyone actually buy?

A high CTR without conversions is just proof that people noticed your ad. Not that it worked.
