Despite the hype, AI's ROI is not good. Less than 25% of companies show a return. The problem is not AI; it's that decision-making is driven by FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) rather than results. I teach a course in the "ROI of AI" using targeted use cases to achieve success and avoid pitfalls. I asked AI to help show the situation in a comic, even though it's no joke.
