🔆Did you know that in 2009, our founder, Skip Butler, decided to split our company into two divisions? We were once all Butler Rental And Sales. Skip and Janice Butler started their business in 1984, specializing in party and small equipment rental.

Skip Butler, always a visionary, saw the need to split our companies into two individual entities—the division of the business allowed room for growth for both equipment and party rentals.

In August 2009, Butler Signature Events was established and has continued to be a growing force in the event rental industry in the Coastal Bend.

Today, Butler Rental and Sales and Butler Signature Events continue to operate with the vision set in motion by Skip Butler, with Brian Butler spearheading the equipment division and Isabel Rivera leading the signature team.

It’s with great sadness to announce the loss of my dad who had dedicated the past 40 years building Butler Signature Events and Butler Rental & Sales. He has left a mark on our community and all who have come to know him. Skip was not just a business owner but a mentor and friend to many. His legacy of hard work, integrity, and commitment will continue to inspire me and all who have had the pleasure of knowing my dad.
