This company is trash they use to be a good company now they don't care. I placed an order August 9 2025 for a fair that I was doing at the end of the month. By August 15 I hadn't received any shipping info so I started calling. I couldn't get anyone on the phone so I message them. I was told that they are transitioning there wearhouse so it caused some delays. It is now August 29th and they told me that I couldn't cancel my order for a refund bc it is in process. It has been in process since August 9th. They offered me $15 on my next order. Nothing on this order and they can't tell me when my order will be shipped out. BEWARE THEY ARE NOT SENDING ORDERS OUT BUT THEY TAKING PEOPLE MONEY.
