If you are a practice owner.

Are you only relying on referrals to bring you new patients?

In 2019, the United States’ GDP is roughly 20 Trillion, Trillion with a T!

And 4 Trillion dollars goes into healthcare.

It means every $5 we spend, $1 goes into healthcare.

On average, a person would spend $12000 per year on healthcare.

And only 2.6% goes into Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.

If you are a Physical Therapist, you'll know that a personalized rehab treatment would be 10 times more effective in the long run to treat someone's back pain than popping an Adderall pain relief pill.

The sad reality is in today's world, people are willing to spend 10 times more money on something that is 10 times less effective.

If we can flip the pyramid, where the majority of money people spend on healthcare is toward services that could actually help them.

Instead of taking quick fix pills, surgeries...

If you have a list of former patients that are no longer coming to see you right now.

Consider sending them patient reactivation emails.

Basically sending them a check in email to see how they are doing.

Some people would reply ‘I meant to get back in touch but I’ve been very busy…’

This is the perfect chance to get them back in for a tune up.

Or on the other hand, if they reply ‘I am doing great..’, ‘Thanks for checking in..’

This is the perfect time to ask for a review/ testimonials.

Either way you are still getting a lot of value from doing this simple step.

If you have a huge list of former patients, then using an email campaign software would save you a lot of time.

I personally use lemlist. It helps you to automate your emails and send out your bulk emails, newsletters, blog post updates…etc
Active Campaign is a good one too.

This is definitely one of the lowest cost but incredibly effective strategies.
