Shop Update

We wanted to take a moment to share an update about how we’ll be serving our clients moving forward.

As The Shirt Shack NV has grown, so has the volume of teamwear, branded merchandise, and community projects we’re producing. To continue delivering reliable timelines, quality work, and the level of service our clients expect, we’re transitioning to an appointment-only model for consultations and order pickups.
Along with this change, our retail gift shop will be transitioning into a product showroom. The showroom will feature sample apparel, materials, and examples of our work to support consultations and project planning. As part of this shift, the gift shop will be phased out as we focus more fully on teamwear, branded merchandise, signage, and community-driven projects.

Operating by appointment allows us to stay focused on production while still providing dedicated, one-on-one time for each project. Appointments help ensure that when we meet with you, your order has our full attention — from planning and design through completion.
What this means for you:
Consultations and pickups are now scheduled by appointment
Walk-ins are no longer available
The space will function as a showroom rather than a retail gift shop

Appointments can be booked online, even for same day appointments or scheduled by contacting us directly
If you currently have an active order, nothing changes — we’ll continue to communicate with you as usual regarding timelines and next steps.

If you have any questions about these changes or want to talk through how this may affect a current or future project, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to help and want to make this transition as smooth as possible.

December Gift Shop Hours 🎄

Our gift shop will be open:
• Today | 9–5
• Tuesday | 9–5
• Wednesday (Christmas Eve) | 9–5

We will then be closed December 25 – January 5, reopening January 6.

Because we’re a very small team, our gift shop is only open on select days so we can focus on producing orders and keeping quality high.
Please note that staff will be largely unavailable during our holiday closure, especially through January 1, as we take this time to rest, reset, and prepare for the new year.
