Retail & Sales Support
Excel Images provides corporate identity and fulfillment solutions, offering apparel and promotional products. We are seeking a Retail & Sales Support to support our sales and customer service teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting walk-in customers with order pickup, checkout, payments, and inquiries; processing orders, returns, and exchanges; entering and tracking sales orders; communicating pricing updates; supporting purchasing operations, create production work orders for website sales; and handling inbound customer service calls.

A high school diploma is required; customer service or purchasing experience is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.
