☕️🍸 The Coffee Edit continues… and we’ve officially made it to happy hour.
National Coffee Day is next week and for a midweek afternoon pick-me-up, we’re stopping at The Imperial to see bartender, Tino, for a coffee done right: the Imperial Classic Creamy Espresso Martini.

Rich. Smooth. Just the right amount of buzz. And proof that coffee hour doesn’t have to end when the workday does.

National Coffee Day is one week from today, and we’re continuing our Stroll Down The Avenue series and getting in the mood for fall on the Avenue the best way we know how: one sip at a time.
All week long, we’re strolling Park Avenue and sharing some of the coffee and coffee-inspired drinks worth stopping for — from your morning caffeine fix to something a little more cocktail hour.

First stop: The Glass Knife for the Pumpkin Cheesecake Cold Foam. 🎃

A sold-out night of music at Casa Feliz!
Tonight, Casa Feliz welcomes Ella & The Bossa Beat for an evening of sophisticated Brazilian jazz — and not an empty seat in the house.

Led by vocalist, pianist and composer Ella Blu alongside Grammy-nominated drummer, percussionist and producer Magrus Borges, the father-daughter ensemble brings a fresh perspective to the timeless sounds of bossa nova, pairing Brazilian classics with original compositions and contemporary arrangements.

The concert is part of Casa Feliz’s ongoing live music programming, Music At The Casa, where the historic home becomes an intimate listening space for the community. Concerts take place throughout the property with specially curated beverages from The Good Pour adding to the experience.

It’s exactly the kind of programming we love seeing throughout the Park Avenue District: beautiful spaces being activated, talented artists being celebrated and residents and visitors coming together to experience something special in Winter Park.

Fall in Love with Park Avenue: Park Avenue District Debuts First-Ever Pumpkin Patch in downtown Winter Park

New AdventHealth-sponsored seasonal activation is part of the nonprofit’s growing efforts to cultivate community and bring a fresh fall tradition to residents and visitors

WINTER PARK, Fla — The Park Avenue District will debut its first-ever Pumpkin Patch on Park, sponsored by AdventHealth, October 10–25 on the lawn of Winter Park City Hall at 401 S. Park Avenue.

Located in the heart of downtown Winter Park, the new seasonal experience will transform the City Hall lawn into a festive fall destination. Visitors can take home the perfect pumpkin and capture the season with photo worthy moments for families, residents and visitors throughout the month with additional programming to be announced.

Pumpkin Patch on Park will become a new fall tradition for families as a place to gather, make memories and experience Park Avenue in another way. It’s also part of a bigger story for the Park Avenue District. As the nonprofit continues to grow, so does its investment in the area from new seasonal decor and community events to expanded partnerships and merchant support.

The goal is simple: preserve what people love about Park Avenue while creating more reasons to experience it, support it and keep coming back for generations to come.

The Park Avenue District works alongside businesses, residents, community partners and the City of Winter Park to strengthen the district economically while preserving the character, charm and sense of place that make it one of Central Florida’s most beloved destinations. Pumpkin Patch on Park brings that mission to life. A family that comes downtown to choose a pumpkin may stay for lunch, discover a locally owned shop or spend the afternoon exploring the Avenue. And a child posing for a photo among the pumpkins this October may grow up remembering Park Avenue as part of what made fall feel special.

“Park Avenue has always been a place where people come together, and we’re building on that in new ways,” said Allison Chandler, Executive Director of the Park Avenue District. “Pumpkin Patch on Park is one of many new experiences designed to create connection, support our local businesses and give people even more reasons to return to the Avenue throughout the year.”
AdventHealth is helping make the inaugural Pumpkin Patch on Park possible as the presenting sponsor with additional sponsorship opportunities still available.

A new fall tradition is coming to Park Avenue.
Introducing Pumpkin Patch on Park, presented by AdventHealth, arriving October 10–25 at Winter Park City Hall.
This October the lawn of City Hall in downtown Winter Park will transform for fall with pumpkins in all shapes, sizes and colors, seasonal décor, photo-worthy moments and more programming to come.

Come pick out a pumpkin, stay for lunch, shop the Avenue.
Take family photos and make an afternoon of it.
Pumpkin Patch on Park is more than something new to do this October. It’s part of how the Park Avenue District is continuing to invest in experiences that support our local businesses, bring people together and create the traditions families will associate with Park Avenue for years to come.

We’re excited to welcome Lili Fraigun to the Park Avenue District Board. A born-and-raised Winter Park native, Lili knows firsthand what makes this community special. Her job as Marketing Brand Manager for the Artistry Collection gives her a current perspective on hospitality and creating memorable experiences that make a place feel like home.
As we continue to grow Park Avenue District's membership and impact we are excited to have a board that will help us create new experiences while remaining committed to protecting the character and sense of place that generations have loved. Our Stroll Down the Avenue is expanding beyond the Avenue as we head to a Winter Park favorite. 🍂✨

This time, we’re heading to neighboring Hannibal Square to visit Taylor James Salon and celebrate one of the active businesses that makes up the Park Avenue District community.

Formerly Stella Luca, the New England Avenue salon was purchased by longtime stylist Melissa Taylor , who took a dream of creating something of her own and made it a reality. Today, Taylor James Salon specializes in custom extensions, haircuts and color — and was recently named one of Orlando Weekly’s Top 3 Hair Salons in Orlando, earning third place in the 2026 Best of Orlando Readers’ Choice Awards.

As we welcome Fall, with a new season arriving, we can’t think of a better excuse for a little refresh. New color. A fresh cut. Maybe the hair you’ve been saving to your inspiration folder. Let's Go!

Melissa is a proud and active Park Avenue District member and an important reminder that you don’t need a brick-and-mortar business located directly on Park Avenue to be part of the PAD community. Being a member is about being involved and helping our main street district thrive.

Fall in love with fall style for this hot Florida weather 🍂☀️

It still feels like summer outside, but our September Stroll Down the Avenue is heading to the south end of Park Avenue to see how Southern Tide does fall when the forecast still calls for shorts.

Store Manager Jennifer walks us through Southern Tide’s signature coastal style and the art of dressing for this in-between season: great shorts paired with a button-down or polo, then layered with a half-zip sweater when the sun goes down and the temperatures finally cooperate.

It’s polished without trying too hard. Comfortable enough for a warm afternoon. And layered just right for those cooler fall nights we know are coming… eventually.

Some people don’t just know Winter Park. They’ve helped shape the community it has become.

We’re proud to welcome Kevin McClanahan of Fannie Hillman + Associates back to the Park Avenue District Board.

Kevin has served the District before, and we’re especially grateful that he has chosen to step back into this role at such an exciting time for the Park Avenue District. As a longtime Winter Park resident, local business leader and dedicated community advocate, Kevin brings both history and perspective to the table — as well as a genuine understanding of what makes this place so special.
And he’s already getting to work. Kevin will be involved with Holidays on Park as we prepare for one of the most anticipated seasons of the year and continue building the experiences and traditions that bring our community together.

The Park Avenue District is strengthened by people who care enough to give their time, ideas and energy to the place they call home.
