Very slight changes in the heading of our pagel. First there is the "Contact Us" button that will lead you directly to our website.

The other is the "Notes" tab where you will soon find all kinds of information and FAQs. On that note (see what I did there), we would love feedback and more questions. We have a combined print knowledge of over 80 years.

I think mine was typesetting (yes, back in the 80s) a manuscript in French and Spanish without knowing the languages.

"As social networks and other online products increasingly try to grow their users bases, it's important to hold them accountable for their bad design, especially when that bad design is on purpose. Hopefully, this will serve as a warning to other companies who use shady tactics and dark UX patterns to artificially grow their products."

"I want my two dollars!" (Actually, if you have a claim it will be just a tiny bit more.)

Hopefully, this will be a lesson to other companies who use dark UX patterns to trick their users.

Color matching is usually not fun and games. This new iPhone "game" is all about color matching. Matching colors for printing has become more complicated now that we can see color on our screens. How many times have you explained to a customer that, "The inkjet printout for a proof, or the PDF electronic proof, is not always a true match for a PANTONE color."
