Lots of places mention "Fresh Seafood" but when we say fresh, we mean FRESH!
How we do our seafood boils:
We'll pull out of Wood River on Thursday, drive to Biloxi, spend the night, load directly off the boats when they come into port Friday morning, then we drive straight back home. So the seafood we're cooking up on Saturday is literally only 24 hours out of the gulf waters. Its as fresh as fresh gets!
When we do our seafood boils:
We will be doing boils once per month at the stand. You can find the dates in the events section of our page and we will always post up reminders as boil dates approach.
Do you prefer to cook your own seafood... You'll have the option to order & purchase live / unprepared items as well. Options include live crawfish, live lobster, live blue crab, live Dungeness crab, snow crab, king crab, oysters, and raw gulf shrimp.
If you're looking to just pick up a hot prepared plate and enjoy a night off of cooking... We've got you covered there as well. You can take your hot food to go or sit and eat here in our outdoor dining area.
All of our hot plates are prepared in traditional Cajun style with corn, potatoes, garlic, and onions right off our stand and of course, Cajun sausage. Milder and spicier options are available to suit your taste.
The first boil is just over a week away and we cant hardly wait to serve you up some awesome food!!!
