If your order is part of an organization and someone is the lead contact, please note that there are sometimes substitutions or changes in the design that may occur due to discontinued products, changes in the lead contact's budget, etc. The Printing Guru is not responsible for these changes. Please confirm on all orders that your product and address information is correct. The Printing Guru is not responsible for incorrect information provided at the time of the order. Special orders that ship from other states may take up to 2-3 weeks to process. We will do our best to get you quality apparel as quickly as possible. Please be patient. Orders that are subject to these waiting times, once placed, may not be refunded. The Printing Guru establishes the base cost per shirt and works with organizations for customization costs. The Printing Guru will indemnify each organization, and vice versa, from loss or damage arising from (but not limited to): Company’s performance or non-performance of the services, including mistakes, errors or omissions; negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct; personal injury or death; damage to or destruction of the facilities, etc. For on-site events, organizations will have the right to terminate The Printing Guru’s services, in whole or in part, for convenience by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the event. The Printing Guru may immediately terminate the agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. The Printing Guru is classified as an independent business and neither The Printing Guru or organization is under any obligation or liability for taxes, insurance of any type; including Workman's compensation and health insurance. All artwork design and modifications will remain the sole property of The Printing Guru. Formal requests can be made for future use of artwork. Timely distribution of design/order forms and screened t shirts is a must. Unreasonable delay will be grounds for immediate termination of contracted work or may result in additional fees to compensate for lost time. Please refer to section regarding estimated times of production. Due to the manufacturing process, I understand that it is the responsibility of individual/team orders to check purchases at on-site tables to ensure that the order has been completely filled. I also understand that once the individual/team walks away from the vendor area with their order, or purchases are made online, The Printing Guru is not responsible for any incorrect/missing/damaged items. I understand that as the customer, I have the opportunity to request a digital proof of the art on screen. The Printing Guru is not responsible for any misspellings or logo placement once it has been applied to the apparel. Supplemental costs for additional proofs may apply. I understand and acknowledge that the colors on the computer screen may vary through the manufacturing, printing and heat application process and that The Printing Guru is not responsible for any discrepancies. I understand that The Printing Guru will not accept an order until it has been fully paid up front. Refunds will not be granted for inaccuracies on estimated wait times. I understand that any design or color error on a client or second party behalf does not require The Printing Guru to replace the incorrect apparel free of charge. I understand and acknowledge that I have the rights to use any logos on the apparel that I request and assume full responsibility for their creation and reproduction. Requests for use of trademarked or copyright logos are under the responsibility of the purchaser, not The Printing Guru or organization thereof contracted. I understand that my signature, digitally stored or signed, serves as my full understanding of these terms and conditions. Additionally, I understand that orders may be taken by The Printing Guru from time to time and that my failure to sign the order form for myself will not discount my agreement to the terms and conditions of The Printing Guru, as they are readily available and displayed at each event where apparel is supplied.
