Are you tracking your direct mail responses?
If not, you should! It is up to you to track responses to a campaign so you can figure out what works and what doesn't.

We recommend creating a spreadsheet to keep track of your responses & sources (phone call, web clicks, walk-ins, etc) to your campaign. Be sure that everyone who answers the phone or is a point of contact uses the spreadsheet to collect responses. It's a great way to keep track of response rates & timing based on mail date, calculate earnings, and figure out which offers work. Then, share your general information with your mailhouse so they can also collect response data.
