It’s never too late to start or try something new!
If you want change to happen, be the change you want to see.
Trying something new could potentially be the best thing you’ve ever done, if you let be.
What does that mean?
It means jumping outta your comfort zone and doing something you’ve always thought about doing but we’re too afraid to start or try.
Anything new can be scary but that’s no reason to stop and steer yourself the other direction because you let fear get in the way.
Instead take control of that fear and push it back even harder.
Once you get past your fears, I promise you a bunch of doors will open up for you and thats when you’ll finally feel the success and confidence you’ve been lacking this entire time.
🔹 🔸 🔹 🔸 🔹 🔸 🔹
Take me for instance, I’ve always wanted to drive a team of horses but was way to scared to actually do it. ~honestly I thought it was always going to be dream of mine that would never be fulfilled.
It wasn’t till my coach said we signed you up to drive our team of Clydesdales in the show this weekend.🤯
My heart stopped and my fears started to sink in on me, yes I was happy and excited but also scared sh*tless to be showing in front of hundreds of people let alone driving a team of horses that I’ve never done before.
Not even just that but to be up on a wagon that’s taller than the horses was terrifying to me.😳
We got to practice one night before hand for fifteen maybe twenty minutes and then next we knew it- it was show time.
I had to put my big girl pants on, push through my fears, have talks with myself that everything was going to be fine and we were gonna do great!
…Next I knew it we were entering the show ring as I’m nervous and ready to jump out of my skin. 🫥
So there I was again just hoping and praying for the best.
I did everything the judge asked with the little bit of knowledge I knew, but thankfully with the help of my coach sitting next to me I then knew everything was going to be fine.
We’re then all called to the middle of the arena where they would then announce the placings.
They called my name and that’s when my nervous started to kick in harder again ~ they then said “Jillian you are in second place, congratulations!”🥈
I looked at my coach shocked outta my mind and she smiled and gave me a pat on the back and said “see I told you everything would be alright, congrats.”
In that moment I was smiling so big that I got past one of my biggest fears and not even just that I actually placed, which I didn’t think I was going to.
In that exact moment I knew Yet again I needed to stop doubting myself, stop letting my fears get in the way of my dreams/goals and start being more confident in myself as I’m more than capable of achieving all things possible that I sent my mind to.
🌟In fact the same goes for everyone following my page! ~ Your are in fact capable of anything you want to do or try no matter how bad it scares you.
From this point on start telling yourself you can do anything you set your mind to no matter!
It’s time to put your foot down and start truly living and doing the things that scare you most!
