Last week, team ERI headed to EduWeb Summit 2026 for three days of meaningful conversations, new connections, and ideas worth bringing back in Orlando, Florida.

Our VP & Chief Strategy Officer, Raffi DerSimonian, took the stage for a keynote that reframed the student experience through the Japanese concept of Ikigai, exploring what it looks like when purpose, passion, and institutional mission align.

What makes conferences like this one so special is the connections made through small moments and meaningful conversations with new peers, long-time colleagues, and budding partners. To everyone who stopped by our booth, shared a conversation, or crossed paths with us throughout the week — thank you.

Bringing MCLA's story to life on screen 🎥✨

A brand strategy only works if people can see it, hear it, and feel it.

After helping MCLA define its five pillars through a website redesign, we returned to campus with cameras in hand to turn that strategy into stories.

Together with our longtime video production partner Knack Factory, we created a content strategy built for the platforms where prospective students spend their time: Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Instead of a traditional admissions video, we focused on authentic, student-centered content designed to connect, engage, and inspire action.

The result? A video library that brings MCLA’s brand to life across every channel and helps future students see themselves on campus.

Redesigning MCLA's digital front door 🧑‍🎨

MCLA’s homepage needed a stronger articulation of what sets it apart. Prospective students landing on the site weren’t getting a fast, clear answer to the only question that matters: Why here?

Valpo.edu: a digital home for purpose, joy, and discovery 💛

Our website redesign journey with Valparaiso University involved a mobile-first, mission-rooted process where Valpo’s values of faith, service, and academic inquiry shine through student voices, seamless UX, and vibrant storytelling.

The attention to real experiences, thoughtful design elements, and uniquely collaborative approach earned the site a 2025 Silver Davey Award in General Education, a testament to the power of intentionality, authenticity, and story-centered digital strategy.
