Most business owners find out what they owe the same week it's due, because nobody kept a running number all quarter.

Underpay and the IRS adds a penalty. Overpay and you just gave the government an interest-free loan on your own cash. Either way, it's not a tax problem. It's a visibility problem.

This is the story behind Kafie Consulting.

Leyla: Ernst & Young, Fortune 500 clients, a CPA license, and a double Pony, BBA and EMBA from SMU Cox.

Javier: Multilingual, author and filmmaker, educated in the U.S. and Germany, leading teams of 70+ across international projects.

In September 2024, they combined it all into Kafie Consulting, and for over 5 years, they've also funded scholarships for technical students back home in El Salvador.

Their team wasn't the problem.

They were buried. A dozen programs, a dozen sets of books, and not enough hours in the day to keep up.

Reconciliations kept slipping. "Next week" turned into two years.

Nobody was negligent. There just wasn't enough time to run the organization and catch up the books at the same time.

That's when we stepped in. Not to replace the team — to work alongside them, account by account, until everything was current again.
