10 summers ago I moved to Maine (and started Ethridge McGann Group that same year). It was the best decision ever so it’s not surprise that Marika Meyer and I first bonded over our shared love for “the way life should be” when we first started working together almost three years ago.

Based in Washington DC but with strong roots in Maine, Marika Meyer has become more active in the New England market these past years, especially in our beloved Maine.

This week it’s been especially fun to follow Marika at the Downeast Art & Antiques Show

Thank you to Decor Maine Magazine and Maine Home+Design for featuring Marika Meyer Studio as a recommended design firm in Maine, and to New England Home Magazine for lots of fun times with Marika in northern New England!

Nothing better than getting to work in your favorite vacation spot! Happy that both Marika and I get to do that!

Congratulations to Stephanie Rapp for being selected by athome in Fairfield County as a finalist for the A-List Awards! The winners will be announced on September 16th at The Village Stamford

This is not the first award that this project has received this year or the first time that Stephanie Rapp has been honored by the A-List Awards (swipe to see past celebrations)…it is being a part of making this recognition happen that makes my job rewarding.

Stephanie and I have been working together for over 10 years and building a relationship with her and seeing how her business is thriving is what makes my work feel meaningful, and not like work.

This was not your average networking event 💙

The LaBarge Homes 30th anniversary celebration at their beautifully renovated Harwich flagship was filled with genuine connection. It shows how Todd and Lori have cultivated community, respect and fun, along with the highest level of craftsmanship.

Laughs were had and tears were shed at Lori and Todd’s touching remarks.

Thank you New England Home Magazine for helping us to execute this milestone event! I am honored that Lori and Todd trust me to be a part of this journey with them — there is so much more to come!

Thank you for featuring my personal dream home from the fabulous in back-to-back features in both the May-June issue and the Cape & Island summer issues!

From the moment I first saw these stunning photos by (I actually remember gasping when this shot was texted to me) and when I had the pleasure of interviewing the lovely homeowner for our pitch, I was smitten with this Martha’s Vineyard home.
