🔹️ How do you want people to FEEL about your business?? 🎨

Colors can be the foundation of a brand. They get a gut reaction from your audience whether you're trying to get it or not. So it's important to CHOOSE what kind of reaction they have to best fit your identity and your goals in the marketplace.

Think about these brands and their colors:
Walmart 🔵
Coca-Cola 🔴
Apple ⚪

Then ask yourself why they chose THOSE specific colors and how it reflects the nature of their business?

You know the feeling... 💼

In the movie Chris is a young dad trying desperately to provide a better life for his son. Just about every step of the way, though, he encounters some super sucky setbacks. He gets put in jail. The government takes all his money. Loses his home. Gets hit by a car. Loses his car. The list goes on. 🚗💨

In one scene, he's playing basketball with his son and tells him he shouldn't waste his time practicing all day since the odds are it won't go anywhere. His son gets discouraged and Chris realizes his mistake.

"Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do something. Not even me." 👨‍👦

This isn't to say we shouldn't listen to those that we love and trust - sometimes they can save us from being idiots. But when are in our own pursuit of happiness, sometimes its important to tune out all of the doubt, fear, and discouragement from ourself or others and just ACHIEVE. ⛰

Need a friend? 🌵 Swipe to see what we did with this logo ➡️

Caden had to develop a non-profit organization and give it an identity for a class at university. The result was Cactus Friends! ☀️

It's a fictional non-profit that sends "pet" cacti to people who are lonely, suffer from mental illness, or just need a friend. Think of it like an emotional support animal but a little cactus.🐕🌵

Because the organization's purpose is to cheer people up and lighten their life, we literally chose lighter colors for their brand. Besides the fact that cacti are green, we chose this color because it also represents life ⚃, health🍏, growth ♻️, and peace 🦕 - perfect for Cactus Friends.
