Want to know what a typical week looks like for me as a virtual assistant? Here's how I actually spend my time.
Monday: Client inbox check-ins, flagging anything urgent, drafting responses, calendar management, client communication
Tuesday: Newsletter content, writing, designing, scheduling, graphics, planning next week's content
Wednesday: Social media support, content creation, scheduling posts, caption writing, engagement, strategy
Thursday: Website updates, landing page edits, graphic work, client feedback, revisions
Friday: Wrapping up loose ends, prepping for the following week, staying ahead, admin catch-up, planning
Every week looks a little different depending on what my clients need, and that's honestly one of my favorite parts of this job. No two businesses are the same.
