It was a heartbreaking day for our JCAR family today 3/16/2026 our sweet and fierce warrior Laura has moved on. As we are thankful that she is no longer in pain our hearts are still heavy with this loss. Laura was always the sunlight shining through the grey sky. Just a little over a year ago Laura and her husband built their dream home in North Carolina. We were sad to see her move but so very excited for their next chapter. No one could have ever imagined we would be here today.

When Laura was home for Christmas she asked if we could create store to allow families to customize their ribbons on apparel to show support for their loved ones. She asked if we would donate those proceeds to a organization that has helped her and her family. We will continue to run that store in her memory.

Rockin’ my Cancer Cap today. These are a great way to show support to a loved one currently battling cancer and/or remembering/honoring a lost loved one! The cool thing about ordering one is you not only get to pick the color of the hat, you ALSO get to choose the color of the ribbons. I purchased this hat to honor 3 of my grand parents one who struggled but beat cancer and two whom cancer took from us. Black ribbon is skin cancer and green is bile duct cancer.

We were a honored to make shirts for Koch's Corsos & Rescues a new to the scene rescue for these gentle giants and they have already helped out over 100 dogs!! We think this cutie wears it great!

We are still on the hunt for someone who wants to make a career out of a job that provides an arm workout, a brain exercise, some art and creativity, and best of all, happens in the company of a collection of weirdos and grown up little kids.

We have a good guy in place temporarily, but supposedly he wants to go back to college next month...lol.
