I had folders full of them.
- Free prompts.
- Paid prompts.
- Prompts I'd written myself after hours of testing.

Every time a new AI feature came out, I'd save another one because I thought the next prompt would finally fix it.

It didn't.

Same audience. Same offers. Same voice. Same context.

It finally clicked that I wasn't running out of prompts. I was running out of memory.
Not AI's memory. Mine.

I hadn't given AI anything consistent to build from.

Once I stopped treating AI like a chatbot and started treating it like part of my business, the conversations changed.

Now my AI remembers:
โ€ข how I write
โ€ข what I know
โ€ข the processes I repeat
โ€ข the decisions I make
โ€ข the business I'm actually trying to build

That doesn't mean every response is perfect.

That's been the biggest shift for me.

Less time explaining.
More time creating.

If you're trying to get more out of AI, don't start by looking for another prompt. Start by documenting one thing you do every week.

Explain it - Refine it - Use it again next week.

Those small pieces add up.

And before long, you're building something far more valuable than a collection of prompts.

๐Ÿ’ญ I'm curious....

What's one thing you wish AI remembered every time you opened a new chat?

Everyone keeps telling solopreneurs and business owners they need better prompts.

Everyone keeps telling solopreneurs and business owners they need better prompts.

In fact, I think that advice is keeping people stuck.

Because I've watched people spend hours tweaking prompts while completely ignoring the real issue.
- Their voice is in one document.
- Their offers are somewhere else.
- Their audience notes are buried in a Google Doc from six months ago.
- Their best content examples are spread across random chats.

Then they open ChatGPT/ Claude and expect it to magically sound like them.

I tried doing it that way too. It was frustrating.
Not because AI wasn't smart enough. Because I was making it guess.

And when AI has to guess, it usually sounds generic.

The shift happened when I stopped looking for the perfect prompt and started creating a system.

One place for my voice. One place for my audience. One place for my offers. One place for the patterns I never wanted repeated again.

That's when the content started sounding more like me. Not because the AI changed. Because the instructions got clearer.

Your information is scattered. And scattered information creates scattered content.

If your AI keeps missing the mark, stop asking, "What's the best prompt?"
Ask yourself: "If someone joined my business today, would they know where to find everything they need?" Because that's exactly what your AI is trying to do.

This came up in coaching this week.

A lot of people are starting to hear about agents, desktop AI tools, Codex, Claude, automations, workflows, and all the new โ€œdo the work for youโ€ tools.

And the question underneath all of it is:

What goes where?

Here is the cleanest way I explain it.

Chats are for thinking.

Use ChatGPT or Claude to brainstorm, sort ideas, make decisions, outline content, clarify strategy, and figure out the plan.

Agents are for doing.

Use agents when you are ready for ex*****on.

Build the page.
Organize the files.
Create the document.
Update the workflow.

The mistake is handing an agent a fuzzy idea and expecting clean ex*****on.

That is like paying a contractor to stand in your kitchen while you decide whether you want blue cabinets or white cabinets.

Think first.

Then execute.

My current workflow is:

Chat first.
Clarify the plan.
Ask for the ex*****on steps.
Then hand the clean plan to the agent.

That one shift saves time, tokens, and frustration.

Are you mostly using AI for thinking right now, or are you starting to use it to actually do tasks?

I hear this all the time:โ€œChatGPT sounds too cheesy.โ€โ€œIt sounds too generic.โ€โ€œIt does not sound like me.โ€โ€œIt keeps overd...

I hear this all the time:

โ€œChatGPT sounds too cheesy.โ€
โ€œIt sounds too generic.โ€
โ€œIt does not sound like me.โ€
โ€œIt keeps overdoing it.โ€

Sometimes the issue is your prompt.

Sometimes it is your voice setup.

And sometimes?

It is the temperature.

Temperature is a setting that controls how creative or predictable the output is.

Simple version:

0.1 = very direct, very factual
0.7 = balanced and usable
1.5 = more creative, more wild cards
2.0 = possible butterfly/moonlight situation

Most solopreneurs do not need ChatGPT writing like it just discovered poetry.

You probably need clear, useful, human-sounding content.

Try this:

Give ChatGPT the same prompt three times.

Ask it to write at:

Temperature 0.2
Temperature 0.7
Temperature 1.2

Then compare.

Which one sounds closest to you?

This is one of those tiny settings that can save you a lot of editing.

And no, you do not need a tech degree.

You just need to know where the weirdness is coming from.

If you test it, tell me your number. Iโ€™m curious which temperature feels most like you.

This came up in my workshop this week, and I could see the lightbulbs going off.

Most people are trying to teach ChatGPT their writing voice.

But here is the problem.

Your written voice may not be your real voice.

School trained it.
Corporate polished it.
Templates flattened it.
The internet made it sound like everyone else.

Your spoken voice is usually much closer to the real you.

That is the voice your clients trust.

That is the voice they hear when you explain something on a call and suddenly it clicks.

So instead of typing another prompt into ChatGPT, try this:

Open voice mode and answer these out loud:

What are you passionate about?
What do you love?
What do you hate?
What do you wish people understood?

Then ask ChatGPT:

โ€œDescribe my natural voice based on what you heard.โ€

That little exercise can give you the beginning of a mini AI Twinยฎ voice prompt.

Not perfect.

But much better than asking AI to โ€œsound conversationalโ€ and hoping for the best.

Because โ€œconversationalโ€ is not a voice.

Your actual voice is.

Have you tried talking to ChatGPT instead of typing to it yet?

Every time one of my clients changed her workshop date, it turned into a scavenger hunt.

The landing page.
The emails.
The automation.
The title.
The confirmation message.

Miss one spot and someone gets invited to a workshop that happened last month.

That is the kind of admin task that looks small from the outside but quietly eats your whole afternoon.

This week, we set up her AI assistant inside her CRM so she can type one sentence and update the whole funnel.

Date.
Title.
Emails.
Automation.

And because I do not trust AI with live business assets without guardrails, we added one rule first:

Ask permission before changing anything live. Always.

AI is a fabulous assistant.

Terrible boss.

The setup took one call.

The best part was not the tech.

It was the look on her face when she realized, โ€œOh. I do not have to keep doing that manually.โ€

That is the part I love.

Not AI for the sake of AI.

AI that removes the tiny repetitive stuff that keeps stealing your actual business-building time.

What admin task would you hand off first if you could?

06/16/2026

This week, I attended a live session where a developer was chaining AI agents together in a terminal.

Black screen.
Green text.
Very hacker movie.

Did I understand every line of code?

Nope.

Did I take notes anyway?

Absolutely.

Because inside the geek-speak was one very useful business lesson:

AI agents forget.

Not because they are broken.

Because we overload them.

Give them one job at a time, in writing, with clear guardrails, and they can perform beautifully.

Dump twelve things on them at once and then act shocked when they miss something?

That is not an AI problem.

That is a delegation problem.

And honestly, it is the same thing that happens with humans.

This is why I keep saying:

You do not need to become a full-time AI girl.

You do not need to live in terminals.

You do not need to understand every tool the second it launches.

My job is to sit in those rooms, find the piece that matters for your business, and translate it into plain English.

That is the part I actually love.

Technical enough to test it.

Practical enough to make it usable.

What is the most confusing AI thing you have seen lately? Drop it here and I may translate it in a future post.

Iโ€™m testing language for something I havenโ€™t shared much yet.

AI Operating System.

Not as a formal offer.

More as a way to name what I keep seeing.

Weโ€™re moving past โ€œuse AI to write captionsโ€ and into something bigger.

AI as a system.

Agents that can execute tasks.
Log decisions.
Update content.
Support business workflows while youโ€™re on a walk, sleeping, or yesโ€ฆ fostering dogs.

The difference matters.

Conversational AI helps you think through a task.

Agentic AI starts doing pieces of the task.

Iโ€™ve been quietly testing this with a client.

Weโ€™re working on a task that used to take hours, with the goal of cutting the effort by half.

Weโ€™re not fully there yet.

But weโ€™re building.

And thatโ€™s the part I want more women solopreneurs to see.

Prompting is useful.

But systems are where AI is heading.

AI Twinยฎ is the voice and context layer.

The next step is connecting that context to real workflows.

If this feels like something you want to understand before everyone else is talking about it, comment โ€œAIOS.โ€

Name your process.

Seriously.

Just name it.

The thing you walk clients through.
The thing youโ€™ve been calling โ€œmy method.โ€
The thing that feels obvious to you because youโ€™ve done it so many times.

Give it a name.

Iโ€™m testing a few right now:

The Spotlight Effect.
The AI Soul Blueprint.
The 3-Step Content Reset.

Named frameworks help people understand what theyโ€™re buying.

They show structure.
They make your work easier to explain.
They turn invisible expertise into something your audience can actually see.

And they help your AI, too.

Because once your AI Twinยฎ knows your named process, it can use that framework again and again.

Not starting from scratch.
Not guessing.
Not giving you generic content.

This is one of those simple shifts that can change how your work is understood.

Most coaches are sitting on process gold.

They know what they do.
Their clients feel the difference.
But the process doesnโ€™t have a name yet.

So it stays harder to sell than it needs to be.

Whatโ€™s your process called?

Comment with the name youโ€™re testing.

06/10/2026

What if your biggest content problem isnโ€™t what to say?

What if your AI just doesnโ€™t know you yet?

Once your AI understands your voice, audience, and point of view, content stops feeling like a rewrite battle.

Ladies, real talk.

Youโ€™re probably not stuck because you donโ€™t know your topic.

You know your work.
You know your people.
You know what you want to say.

The tool just doesnโ€™t know you yet.

Generic AI writes for everyone.

Which means it writes for no one specific.

Thatโ€™s why the output feels almost right, but not quite.

Too polished.
Too flat.
Too vague.
Too โ€œanyone could have said this.โ€

This came up in three separate conversations this week.

Three women.
Three businesses.
Same frustration:

โ€œI spend more time fixing the AI output than I would have spent writing it myself.โ€

Yes.

Because the AI was never trained to sound like you.

The answer isnโ€™t more prompts.
Itโ€™s not another tool.

Itโ€™s building a version of you into the system.

Thatโ€™s what AI Twinยฎ does.

If youโ€™re ready to stop rewriting and start recognizing yourself in your content, comment โ€œTWIN.โ€
