We’re looking for a part-time Accounting & Project Coordination Associate to support both our financial operations and internal project workflows. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and keeping projects aligned behind the scenes.

You’ll assist with invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting, while also helping set up and manage projects within our system. If you have experience with accounting (especially QuickBooks Online) and thrive in a detail-driven environment, we’d like to hear from you.

This is an on-site position in Boardman with a flexible part-time schedule and potential to grow into a full-time role.
