We were retained by the Trumbull 100 and Western Reserve Port Authority to identify and sell a passenger airline to service the airport to save federal grants needed to keep the airport open. RUBENSTEIN ASSOCIATES brought The AVANTI MOTOR CORPORATION to the Mahoning Valley. Developer needed to fill 100,000 square feet of factory space. RUBENSTEIN ASSOCIATES was the first firm of its kind, in this part of the country, to use 35mm film to create television commercials. The Cafaro Company, a national leader in
shopping center and mall development hired RA to produce national commercials for its malls throughout the U.S. The final product won first place, nationally, as the BEST RETAIL TELEVISION CAMPAIGN/ awarded by the prestigious National Retail Merchants' Association. RUBENSTEIN ASSOCIATES managed & promoted JCPENNEY'S "SPIRIT OF THE AMERICAN WOMAN AWARD" for 3 consecutive years. RA has done projects in conjunction with national figures including Senator Ted Kennedy, Presidents Reagan, Ford and both Bushes, HUD Secretary Jack Kemp, White House economist David Stockman & others. RA produced TV commercials with Johnny Cash, Statler Brothers, Rocky Bleier, Chuck Tanner, Joe Montana and myriad other national personalities.
