🚨 Sign Production Specialist Wanted! 🚨
We're on the hunt for a superstar who can fabricate signs, slap on some vinyl, and keep our shop running like a well-oiled machine. Key Responsibilities: Sign Production & Assembly: Vinyl weeding, masking, laminating, panel mounting, and assembly of signs, banners, and dimensional graphics (basically, making cool stuff).
Basic Installation & Prep: Helping with shop installs, field installs, and getting surfaces ready for the magic to happen. Requirements: 1-2+ years of sign shop, print production, or light assembly experience (or a willingness to learn). Basic knowledge of vinyl application techniques, substrates, tools, and laminating equipment (vehicle wrap experience is a nice-to-have, but not a must-have).
Work Ethic & Pacing: You're a time-management rockstar, can hit deadlines, and stay busy during downtime. You're also not afraid of a little physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods, and working safely on ladders or step stools).
Valid Driver's License: Required, with a clean driving record.
