Here’s a situation we run into more than we probably should.
A business spends real money on a new website. The design is sharp. It loads fast. Looks great on mobile. The developer wraps up, sends the final invoice, and everybody’s happy.
Then we show up and ask a few questions.
• Is Google Analytics installed? No.
• Tag Manager? Also no.
• Search Console? Never connected.
• Conversion tracking? Blank stare.
The website exists. It even looks good. But the marketing engine was never installed, which means the business has been flying blind since launch day. And now they’re going to pay to build it twice.
We put together a post on what a marketing-ready website actually needs from day one, what it costs when you skip it, and why getting it right is becoming increasingly urgent as AI-powered search changes how businesses get found online.
If you’re planning a new site — or you’ve been quietly suspicious that something’s not right with your current one — this one’s worth a few minutes.
