Graphix Gurus takes the time to explain the entire wrapping process, which vinyl is best suited for your needs, and to show you which adhesive is the best for your project. To better serve the community and visitors, Mackinac Island's EMS team trains over 30 hours in patient care every winter. The City of Mackinac Island has contracted Cheboygan Life Support Systems for year-round ALS and BLS ambulance service.

A recent study analyzing over 30,000 EMS encounters has found that patients treated by ALS providers had a 60% relative decrease in mortality compared to those treated by BLS units.

For patients aged 50+ or those injured by mechanisms excluding falls, the decrease in mortality was 65%. These findings highlight the importance of advanced training and prehospital care in improving patient outcomes.

The conclusions of this study differ from those of earlier studies showing improved survival among trauma patients treated by BLS units.
