Indiana weather doesn’t slow down the people who build this place.

As the snow clears and doors reopen, it’s a good reminder of how important our local businesses are to the communities they serve.

Supporting local isn’t a trend — it’s how strong towns are built.

Friday Local Spotlight 🥧

This week, we’re highlighting My Sugar Pie in Zionsville, IN — a locally owned bakery celebrating 18 years of handmade pie baking and community roots.

Founded by Kelly, My Sugar Pie grew from years of baking pies for friends and family, inspired by traditions she learned from her mom. What started as a passion has become a Main Street staple known for scratch-made pies, seasonal flavors, and an incredible variety — with 50+ pies to choose from.

Beyond the pies themselves, My Sugar Pie represents what makes small towns special: family traditions, consistency over decades, and a genuine connection to the community they serve.

Today also happens to be National Pie Day, making it the perfect excuse to stop in, celebrate their anniversary, and support a local business that’s been doing it right for nearly two decades.

Support local. Support Zionsville. 👏
