SALES ASSOCIATE - US VIRGIN ISLANDS
Seltek Leads is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, driven individual who enjoys interacting with people, developing new business relationships, and growing existing clients' requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate leads based on referrals or own knowledge base.
Emphasize the features of our products to highlight how they can benefit our clients.
Conduct sales calls and face-to-face meetings with customers.
Sell our products or services to customers within your territory.
Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand our clients' specific customer needs.
Report daily sales per process in line with procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum two (2) years customer-facing experience.
Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with customers.
Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or face-to-face.
Knowledge and experience in retail sales.
Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a retail sales environment; tech industry experience preferred.
Ability to meet established sales targets.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Computer literacy, with an aptitude for learning.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
BENEFITS:
Commission-based pay structure with a competitive pay range of $35,000 to $85,000+ per year.

SCHEDULE:
Primarily Monday to Friday, with weekend availability a plus.
