- Yêu cầu: Thành thạo công cụ văn phòng (Word, Excel), biết Figma là lợi thế. Giao tiếp nhanh, logic, kỷ luật, cẩn thận và có tinh thần trách nhiệm. Ưu tiên người có gu thẩm mỹ, kinh nghiệm agency, tiếng Anh cơ bản và laptop cá nhân.

📌 Yêu cầu:
- Kinh nghiệm: 6-12 tháng.
- Thành thạo Figma (component, library, auto layout, design system).
- Có thói quen tổ chức file Figma gọn gàng, thường xuyên đặt tên layer/group/frame rõ ràng, tạo hệ thống style guides (text, color, grid, etc) khoa học, chuyên nghiệp.
- Có portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, PDF).

💻 2. Webflow Developer

📌 Công việc:
- Chuyển đổi UI từ Figma sang Webflow template, chuẩn CMS, eCommerce, animation, responsive.
- Triển khai animation và transition bằng GSAP (ưu tiên) hoặc Spline, Lottie Animation.
- Tối ưu template đảm bảo hiệu suất cao, chuẩn SEO.

📌 Yêu cầu:
- Kinh nghiệm: 6-12 tháng.
- Thành thạo Webflow CMS, hiểu sâu về HTML/CSS, Javascript.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm animation (GSAP, Spline, Lottie…).
- Kiến thức cơ bản về WordPress hoặc React là một lợi thế.
- Portfolio (đính kèm link sản phẩm Webflow đã làm).
