REA tổ chức buổi họp nội bộ với các trưởng bộ phận để đề xuất mở công ty sa bàn vật lý, một lĩnh vực cần nguồn vốn lớn, đòi hỏi kỹ thuật cao và là thách thức bậc nhất trong toàn bộ các mảng mà REA đang xây dựng.

Anh Giới thẳng thắn góp ý: “Nếu tự xây dựng từ đầu bằng nguồn lực trong nước, chất lượng cũng chỉ tương đương với thị trường hiện có. Nếu muốn khác biệt và đạt chuẩn quốc tế, nên hợp tác với RJ Models công ty sa bàn số 1 thế giới.”

Ngay lập tức bắt tay vào thương thảo quốc tế, chuẩn bị nguồn vốn, chiến lược hợp tác và nền tảng vận hành.

CEO FY Studio có buổi gặp đầu tiên với anh Ray - Founder của RJ Models tại văn phòng FY Studio.
Cuộc trò chuyện kéo dài hơn 3 tiếng để trao đổi sâu về tầm nhìn, triết lý làm nghề và cam kết đồng hành.

Sau 72 giờ thương thảo, RJ Models và FY Studio chính thức chốt deal hợp tác chiến lược, thành lập liên doanh RY Models.

RY Models hoàn thiện bộ nhận diện thương hiệu, câu chuyện truyền thông và định vị chiến lược tại thị trường Việt Nam.

Đội ngũ vận hành hết công suất: Hoàn thiện pháp lý -> Mua sắm máy móc và thiết bị -> Setup xưởng -> Tuyển dụng nhân sự -> Cử người sang Trung Quốc đào tạo -> Gửi portfolio đến các Chủ đầu tư lớn.

BIM Land thành viên Tập đoàn BIM Group chính thức chọn RY Models làm đơn vị sản xuất sa bàn cho dự án Aria Bay tại quận thời thượng Marina Bayfront District.
Đây là một trong những dự án trọng điểm nhất năm của BIM Land và cũng là hợp đồng đầu tiên đánh dấu sự xuất hiện đầy bản lĩnh của RY Models trên thị trường Việt Nam.

REA held an internal meeting with department heads to propose launching a physical scale-model company, a capital-intensive, highly technical field and arguably one of the most challenging pillars REA aims to build.
🔹 12/05/2025
The CEO of REA casually shared the idea in a private conversation with a close junior colleague, what began as a spontaneous chat turned out to be the start of an unexpected journey.

That colleague introduced Mr. Đỗ Ngọc Giới, who would later become the Production Director of RY Models.

A first meeting took place between the REA CEO, FY Studio’s 3D Production Director, and Mr. Giới, where all three shared their aspirations and vision for building a professional model-making company in Vietnam.

Mr. Giới offered a frank suggestion,
“If we build this from scratch with local resources, the quality will likely be similar to what’s already out there.
But if we want to do something truly different and world-class, we should partner with RJ Models, the No.1 scale model company in the world.”
He offered to make the introduction.

The team immediately began international negotiations, preparing capital, strategic planning, and operational groundwork.

The first meeting took place between FY Studio CEO and Mr. Ray, Founder of RJ Models, at FY Studio’s headquarters,
a deep 3-hour conversation to align visions, craft philosophy, and establish mutual commitment.

After just 72 hours of negotiation, RJ Models and FY Studio officially closed a strategic partnership deal, founding the RY Models joint venture.

RY Models completed its branding, communication narrative, and strategic positioning for the Vietnamese market.

The team ran at full speed,
Legal setup, equipment & machine procurement, studio installation, talent acquisition, sending key staff to China for training, and presenting portfolios to top-tier developers.

BIM Land, a member of BIM Group, officially selected RY Models as the scale-model provider for its signature project Aria Bay, located in the prestigious Marina Bayfront District.
This marked not only one of BIM Land’s most important projects of the year, but also RY Models’ very first commercial deal, a powerful statement of presence in the Vietnamese market.
