1 mil revenue in first month
Annual sale target in only 2 months
Sold out every pieces in stock
Couldn't keep up with demand
And then became a powerhow overnight

Imagine you start a business and in the first 28 days you hit more than $1,000,000 in sales… And then by the second month, you’ve already hit your first-year revenue you target…. You then precede to sell out of every last piece of inventory in your warehouse…. You literally can’t keep up with demand...

I just saw on my linkedin page that 2 years ago, Nhật Lan joined Scott experience design as the first member of the team, and also officially mark the start of Scott Experience Design. Two years on, Scott is still alive and evolved to work as a full-time product team. Without being an UX consulting firm, 2 years of Scott till now is still the method and spirit we are living with. For two years, Scott had been an UX consulting firm and even we all have moved on to work as a full-time product team, we are Scott.

To mark this turning point, I want the fan page of Scott Experience Design to also evolve from an consulting agency into an open source community where we share our findings, researches and experience that keeps Scott being Scott.

This is just a brief announcement, more posts are coming, starting with our guide to do product research. Stay tuned!
