Nice little step re-made this morning and a front door handle replaced

Glad to be inside today ☔️..

Two double doors removed from the sitting room into the kitchen and made into a full continuous wall.. (ready for the plasterer tomorrow)

Then some bifold doors removed and the walls made up (again ready for the plasterer)

The floor levels either side of the threshold where massively diffrent so we made it into a gradual slope ready to be painted white..

Another grand day subcontracting for Four Seasons Landscaping NY LTD..

Asked to go build a block/brick retaining wall.

Double skin to ensure that strength..

Back tomorrow to help the four seasons gang lay the crush n run Sub base and get on with laying the slags to create at Risen flagged area.
can’t wait to see the finished result..
as always with four seasons I’m sure it will be a pristine Finnish.. (thanks to my Brick work obviously 😜)

As always it’s a pleasure helping these guys out!

I’ll share more progress tomorrow!

Second fixing a MASSIVE wrap around lean to extension in bishopthorpe

X4 door casing fit ✅

Laminate flooring floating right through out (no threshold strips)✅

Skirting boards/ architrave’s fitted ✅

All doors hungs (one left to fit top stop latt) ✅

Now just waiting on the massive bi-folding doors to arrive 👍🏻

Low Catton village hall

Old knackered porch taken down/disposed of ✅

Brick wall repaired where damaged ✅

New porch made and fitted✅

With a few hours spare this afternoon I moved to a second job to amend a gate and install new posts ready to return and re hang a gate tomorrow that an unruly tenant decided to pull apart before leaving the property.. some people aye! What happened to morals! Either way it’s well on the way to been mended 😊

Lovely little job this morning.. hanging curtain rails and made to measure blinds on a new build property in Pocklington.. lovely customers and a pristine milimitre perfect Finnish as always 👌🤙🏻
