PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Work with account team to get client brief properly (ask all the necessary information and raise all the concerns about the brief) using content brief form
2. Study consumers/users insights (channel, trend and mentality, social position, language of target audience) by internal and external sources and take advantage of social trend and techniques
3. Create contents which convey key message of brand mood and tones effective branding angles and strategy, matching with brand mood and tone, align with topline strategy
4. Monitor impacts of content and evaluate effectiveness of campaign
5. Update about job status and other handling job to Creative Director
6. Get feedback and evaluation from account team and client to deliver the best quality of content services
7. Ensure to meet deadline as scheduled
JOB SPECIFICATION:
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- BA degree, major in communications/ journalism/ languages/ marketing
- 1 – 3 years experience in content/copywriting in ALT/Digital.
- Ability to come up with excellent ideas, presentations and be a good partner.
- Various styles of writing methods and skills, fast-learner and flexible in VDO scripts and social content.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese, specifically in using Vietnamese grammar, specially in using repeated, onomatopoeia, pictographic Vietnamese words
- Knowledge in communication and marketing, especially digital marketing
- General social awareness about but not limited to economy growth, consumers, culture, ect.
- Proficiency in English (intermediate)
- Proficiency in MS Office using, especially word, power point and excel

- Eager & fast to learn, positive thinking and actively improve your skills
- Presentation & persuasion
- Familiar with Photoshop is a plus
- Active, passionate about learning and creative in the digital field.
