Sika Day 2026
"Our People, Our Safety, Our Success" is the theme of Sika Day 2026.
It perfectly reflects what makes Sika such a special place to work.
Coming together for Sika Day was a wonderful reminder of what truly drives us: our people and our shared values. Whether it’s maintaining a steadfast commitment to safety or fostering a "people-first" culture, these principles are the foundation of our shared success.
One of the highlights of the day was a group cycling ride through the forest. It was refreshing to enjoy the fresh air, spend time with colleagues, and take a break from our daily routines at the office and factory. The experience reminded us of the importance of well-being, teamwork, and staying connected.
Personally, I am grateful to be a part of Sika Vietnam. Being surrounded by dedicated colleagues and a strong companyculture makes this journey truly meaningful.
I look forward to many more great moments and achievements together in the years ahead.
