Today we are surprised that our constitution on its article 95 transferred all condominium tittles to the new nation under the name of the same colonial masters....Are we being dumped through tricky ways of writing constitutional provisions?... How much more can we confirm of many mistakes of the modern draftsman of our nation who repeats the same mistake with recent constitutional amendments and laws that are not consistent with the principle of our constitution and the values of the preamble of our nation?..
