The Deal.

When we decide to share our lives with an animal, we make a deal with the rainbow.
Our world becomes colourful, exciting and beautiful with the first moment, the first contact.
We are gifted with unconditional love and loyalty.
For this, we agree to accept responsibility for this soul.
It is our duty to provide this soul with the best possible life. Full of love and joy and everything it takes to be happy.
We don't give away our time... We are gifted with wonderful moments. This happiness is a special and individual gift every time.
Because it can't be compared to anything else.
We learn and become other people. Our whole life changes and gets enriched with this animal.
We agree not to know how long this happiness will last.
We just know that this time together will ALWAYS be too short.
We agree to worry and suffer when our souls are not feeling well.
And in the end, we pay with our tears and broken hearts when the time together comes to an end.
If we choose to live with an animal, we know all that.
Yet we don't hesitate to get into this deal for a second.
Because we know about that special treasure.
We know that in the end, this happiness is worth every tear and that connection, love and memories, live forever. 💕🐾
