Skulptura e Rezistencës nga Eliza Shala pjesë e revistës kulturore të Komunës së Prishtinës

Fotografia ikonike e protestave të Republikë së Kosovës është "materializuar" në bronz nga artistja Eliza Shala në sheshin e Prishtinës. Duke qëndruar stoikisht, kjo skulpture e krijuar mjeshterisht nga një fotografi shumë domethënëse që shpirt i ka dhënë personazhi Faik Rexhepi ëdhë dëshmi e vetë rezistences sẽ Kosovës.
"Fillimisht ka qenë një thirrje nga Komuna e Prishtinës, për realizimin e projekteve, për zbukurimin e Prishtinës përmes veprave dhe instilacioneve artistike, gjë e cila ka qenë një rast i mire të shpalos ndonjë pune artistike, qe lidhet me studimet e mia.
Me fotografine e Faik Rexhepit jam deshur rastesisht ne artikujt e postuara ne rrjete sociale dhe me eshte dukur interesante, prandaj jam interesuar ne lidhje me te dhe e gjithe historia e Faikut më ka impresionuar, sidomos stoicizmi i tij paqesor kunder dhunes se shfrenuar te pushtetit te asaj kohe"- thote vetë artistja. Kjo skulpture e vendosur ne zemer te Prishtines ngjallë vemendjen e te gjithe qytetarëve dhe patjeter qe perveç artit te mirefillte skulptura barte ne vete nje mesazh shume domethënes.
"Skulptura në vete mund të shpreh disa mesazhe, unë mendoj se vizualisht pozicioni i tij jep një porosi paqeje dhe qetesie si një simbolikë shumë e fortë kunder asaj dhune që ka ndodhur ndaj një populli paqedashës e të pambrojtur. Skulptura ka berë dhë një atraksion të madh vizuel sidomos tek vizitorët e huaj tek të cilët ngjallë kureshtje dhe një ndjenjë simpatie dhe adhurimi dhe sot kjo skulpturë eshte skulptura më e fotografuar ne Kosovë” - vazhdon me tutje Eliza.
Skulptura e rezistences është dhe do të mbetet perherë nderthurje shumë e bukur e të vertetë së hidhur si dhe qëndresës heroike të mbarë popullit të Kosovës.

The sculpture of resistances by Eliza Shala, part of the cultural magazine of the Municipality of Pristina

The historic photo of the protests of the Republic of Kosova for freedom and independence, was "materialized" in bronze by the artist Eliza Shala in the Pristinasquare. Stoically, this sculpture carefully created from a very significant photograph inspired by the character Faik Rexhepi, is proof of the very resistance of Kosovo. "Initially it was a request from the Municipality of Pristina, for a subsidy for the implementation of projects, for the beautification of Pristina through artistic works and installations, which for me seemed a good opportunity to reveal my artistic work related to my studies.
I accidentally came across the photograph of Faik Rexhepi in the articles posted on social networks and it seemed interesting to me, that's why I became interested and the whole story of Faik struck me, especially his peaceful stoicism against the rampant violence of the government. in that time"- says Eliza. This sculpture, located in the heart of Pristina, attracts the attention of all citizens, and certainly, apart from the actual art, the sculpture carries a very significant message.
"The sculpture itself carries several messages, I think that visually its location gives a message of peace and tranquility as a very strong symbolism against the violence that has happened to peace-loving and vulnerable people. The sculpture has become a great visual attraction, especially among foreign visitors, in whom it arouses curiosity and a feeling of sympathy and adoration, in such a way so that today this sculpture is considered the most photographed sculpture in Kosovo" - continued Eliza.
The sculpture of resistance is and will always remain a beautiful combination of the bitter truth and the heroic resistance of all the people of Kosovo.
