About the Role

Lead Nation is hiring an Excel Reporting Specialist to support a U.S.-based company. In this fully remote role, you'll create and maintain Excel reports, organize data, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Responsibilities

-Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
-Create and update professional reports.
-Review, clean, and validate data.
-Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
-Remove duplicate or inaccurate data.
-Maintain organized reporting files.
-Meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
-Strong knowledge of:
-SUM, IF, COUNTIF, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH
-Pivot Tables
-Conditional Formatting
-Sorting & Filtering
-Data Validation
-Charts & Graphs
-Removing Duplicates
-Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
-Good written and spoken English.

Preferred

-Experience in reporting, data entry, or data analysis.
-Experience working with U.S.-based companies is a plus.
