Most creators only share the highlight reel, but that’s not what builds connection.

Your audience doesn’t just want to see the win. They want to see the journey. The mistakes, the setbacks, and the lessons that got you where you are today.

Sharing your struggles makes you more relatable, builds trust, and can even strengthen your authority. People connect with real stories because they see themselves in them.

When your audience sees where you started and how far you’ve come, they don’t just admire your success. They believe their own growth is possible too.

Don’t just share the outcome. Share the story behind it.

This is what eighteen months with a real team actually looks like.
Not a viral video. Not a follower count.
A practice almost at capacity.
A founder who is not also her own marketing department.
A monthly call that takes 20 minutes instead of two hours because we already know what we are doing.
The cost of staying invisible is not a marketing number.
It is the patients you never met.
It is the version of your business you have not let yourself build yet.
let's chat if you are ready to see what eighteen months with us could look like for you.

Pick the letter that stung. Here is the one thing to fix for each one.

A. The reel you filmed but never edited.
Editing is where most creators die. The fix is not to get faster at editing. It is to stop being the editor. If you are filming and editing and captioning and posting, you are not a creator. You are a one-woman production company. Hand the edit off. Even just one a week. The pile shrinks immediately.

B. The LTK collection you started but never published.
You are not behind on collections. You are behind on a system. Pick one day a week. 30 minutes. That is your collection day. Build it, publish it, walk away. The reason it never gets done is because it has no home on your calendar. Give it one.

C. The newsletter you drafted but never sent.
Hit send. The draft does not have to be perfect. Your audience would rather hear from you imperfectly than not at all. If sending feels heavy, your newsletter is too ambitious. Cut the length in half. Send it. Repeat next week. Done is the strategy.

D. All of it. I am drowning.
This is the answer most creators are too proud to give out loud. You are not drowning because you are bad at this. You are drowning because you are one person trying to run an operation that needs three. The fix is not a better app. It is real hands on the work.

Drop your letter in the comments.
If D is the honest one, DM us. That is the conversation we have every week with creators who are ready to stop doing it all alone.

Doing nothing is a decision.
And it has a price tag.
Every month you wait to fix this, a less qualified competitor builds another month of visibility you did not.
We are not being dramatic. We are doing the math.

DM us if you are ready to find out what your next six months could actually look like.

Most experts do not need more strategy.
They need to see clearly where the time is going.
Save this. Run the audit. We will be here when you are ready to talk about what comes next.

No one ☝🏻 intuitively thinks, let me say less and I’ll find more. We don’t think like computers. (Thank God) but… in ONLINE marketing, you HAVE to understand how the computer works… it looks for PATTERNS.

There aren’t any patterns in the mish mash of the take back cart. Say a very finite number of things over and over and over. Then and only then will you get found because the Instagram will will know your label and show you to the people searching for whatever the hell you’re talkin about 😘😘😘

What if your next viral Reel isn’t a trend, a dance, or a high-production video?

One creator made over $2,500 in commissions from a single Reel featuring a simple white button-down shirt. Even better, she reposted the same Reel two weeks later and earned another $1,000.

The secret wasn’t the outfit. It was the story she told while getting dressed.

In this clip, learn why storytelling consistently outperforms selling and how simple, everyday content can generate real revenue.

The DIY phase has an expiration date.

Most of us miss the moment it expires by about a year.

And you know what happens? You carry guilt and anxiety about not working on your marketing because you know it matters (even if you wish it didn't).
Then your new leads start slipping because you aren't filling the pipeline. And at the end of that year, you are behind.

Ugh. No thanks. You're too good for that. If DIY marketing was so "last year" for you, let's chat.

One of the most underutilized features on Instagram right now is grid reordering.

Most influencers spend hours creating content, but very few take the time to make sure their highest-converting content is actually the first thing people see when they land on their profile.

Here’s the process I use with clients:

1. Go to your affiliate platform (LTK, ShopMy, Amazon Storefront, Walmart Creator, etc.).
2. Sort your content by sales performance.
3. Identify your top-performing posts from the last 30 days.
4. Verify the products are still available.
5. Move those top-selling reels to the top of your Instagram grid.

Think of it like creating a “best sellers” collection for your Instagram profile.

When a potential follower, brand partner, or shopper lands on your page, they’re immediately seeing the content that has already proven it can drive clicks and sales.

Your grid shouldn’t be organized by date.

It should be organized by performance.

The best part? It takes just a few minutes and can turn your profile into a much stronger conversion tool.

Be honest with the letter. Here is the one thing to fix for each one.

A. No time.
You do not need more time. You need to batch. Pick one day a month. Film 8 reels in 2 hours. The reason it feels impossible to post is because you are trying to do it daily. Stop. Batch once. Post for 30 days.

B. No ideas.
You have ideas. You have so many. The problem is you are trying to invent a new one every time you sit down. Open your DMs. Open your last 10 client conversations. Every question they asked is a post. Stop reaching for new. Start mining for what is already there.

C. No team.
This is the most honest answer on the list. There is no hack for capacity. You can read every book, take every course, save every reel, and still not be able to post consistently because you do not have hands. The fix is not another framework. It is a real team.

D. All of the above and also I am tired.
You are not lazy. You are maxed out. The fix is not to push harder. It is to stop running the marketing department on top of running your actual business. This is the moment most of our clients made the call.
