Bangla Type Foundry is creating a series of distinctive typefaces honoring famous Bengalis who have excelled in calligraphy. The first commemorated Qayyum Chowdhury, soon to be released by Prothom Alo. This second font preserves both the English and Bengali distinctive handwriting of Rabindranth Tagore.

আজকে বিশিষ্ট চিত্রকর ও ক্যালিগ্রাফার কাইয়ুম চৌধুরীর জন্মদিন। আর তাঁর এই জন্মদিনকে কেন্দ্র প্রথম আলো তাদের বিশেষ সংখ্যায় তাঁর হাতের লেখাকে ফন্ট-এ রূপ দেওয়ায় এক বিশেষ প্রতিবেদন প্রকাশ করেছিলেন গত ৬-০২-২০২০ তারিখে। বাংলা ক্যালিগ্রাফিতে তাঁর এই অসামান্য অবদানকে সবার মাঝে আরো একধাপ এগিয়ে নিয়ে গেছে banglatypefoundry.com
